Don't even bother going here. Young nurse and assistant not interested in listening to patient or finding out what might be wrong. Super shabby "bedside manner." You could probably get better medical advice at the Rhumbline or something.

I've been here twice and both times, I had a great experience. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, five out of five stars.

Staff was snippy and rude. Diagnosed me with something that was completely different then what I had. Nurses thought they knew more than me when I was telling them my symptoms. I was in a lot of pain and waiting on test results and had to practically beg the nurses for a doctors note because she suggested I go to work while I WAS WAITING FOR TEST RESULTS FOR A VERY CONTAGIOUS SICKNESS. Woke up the next day after urgent care feeling 1000x worse and eventually went to the ER and was treated fantastically there by the wonderful staff and they gave me the correct diagnosis! I don’t typically write reviews but these nurses at the urgent care were not nice, kind people. I understand we’re in a pandemic but it’s not hard to be kind and compassionate. Really really disappointed and disgusted with the staff at urgent care gloucester ma.

I felt bad to have to go to the facility during these times, but had no choice. Everyone was wonderful, thank you all for being there!

I have been there 3 times and my son once. I give then a 10 out of 10 rating. Clean short wait times and care was excellent.

The person at the front desk was warm and friendly but it went downhill from there. I saw a nurse practitioner who did not listen, was condescending and clearly irritated by me. The other interactions I had with clinical staff were equally painful. I would never go back to this facility and would advise that no one go there unless you don't mind being treated with contempt and rudeness.

Facility is warm, friendly and welcoming. Staff was outstanding!! Very professional and personable, definitely the kind of place that makes you feel as though you belong. Wait time was as expected, quick resolution to a simple visit. Waiting area and beyond was supremely beautiful, bright, clean and with lots of gorgeous oxygenated greenery! ;)
