What patients are saying...

My college daughter went to the clinic today for a sinus infection. She is not accustomed to going to appointments alone, but this is part of growing up and going away to college. This clinic did not make it a pleasant experience. After taking her blood pressure 3 times, she became very anxious. She warns them when they were attempting the blood pressure reading that something didn't feel right, but they refused to give her a break to collect herself. She then passes out! After trying to collect herself, but still crying, the doctor rudely gets in her face and corrects her on how to wear a mask and proceeds to adjust it on her face and squeeze it around her nose. Tells her if she doesn't like the way it fits then she needs to get another one in a extremely rude and sarcastic tone. She was crying the entire time. It didn't take a genius to see this young girl was nervous. The nurses and doctors could have handled this much better. Shame on them!
