Couldn't get a prescription filled properly. Its been five days and I have wasted three trips to RUL trying to get them to write the proper prescription. They claim they will look into it and call back but that hasn't happened. Avoid this place.

I was seen on the 22nd of July to get my pain pis my pain pills renewed. This is August 15 and I am still waiting on my prescriptions. I have called 6 or 7 times the office manager has not called me back and is rude when I do talk to her. The only one that was nice was Is Michael and Susan. I would expect the office manager to be more professional and get back to me. And many many times I've waited 2 to 3 hours to be seen for a 5 minute visit.

Wonderful sense of medical intelligence without the false hype most clinics exhibit.

I have been seen many times here . Each time I had excellent care , friendly knowledgeable staff waited a few minutes but when it’s your turn I’m not rushed . Highly recommend this place . I would appreciate if impatient and rude people keep there voices to themselves Thanks

Follow up to my Feb 2020 visit where they refused to write or do an MRI. Turns out there are two tears in my shoulder. Frustrating the ‘ER Doc’ wouldn’t do anything after two visits and many calls to them. When I saw my PCP she ordered the MRI - I won’t be back to this facility.

I went in for a problem with my leg. WAited forever to see a health care worker. I didn’t even get a Doctor, I was seen by an “APRN”. After she saw me with minimal observation but lots of typing on her computer, she ordered xrays. After xrays, I waited forever for her to come back. Finally I walked out. A week later I went back for a printout diagnosis but there is nothing that indicates what my diagnosis was, only a referral for meds! Today I called to pick up my xrays fior my chiropractor to look at. Never mind talking to anyone, you can’t even leave a voicemail as “ their box is full.” Since I saw these folks (last year) I did have another issue but went to the emergency hospital at an added cost since this place gave crappy service, and as someone else pointed out, a crappy waiting room. I won’t go back there again even though it’s only 2 minutes from my home. Shame on them for running such a substandard facility

Was seen for shoulder injury and X-Ray was taken. No diagnosis. Would not write an MRI, saying no MRI unless post op. How would they know to do surgery if no MRI or scan? That was 6 months ago and no improvement. LRUC won’t provide X-Ray to another doctor - no reciprocity. I called today and lady I spoke with said if I want X-Ray CD I have to pay $10. I commented it was unusual not to share test results with another doctor and she hung up on me.

3 hour wait just to be called back. An urgent care center that also does pre-op testing and hormone shots is NOT an urgent care center. There is only 1 person to greet patients and she is not friendly. One guy ahead of me finally walked out without seeing a doctor because of the wait and he had already paid for the visit. DO NOT go to this urgent care if it is urgent. There is no triage. Poor guy with a fish lure in his finger had to wait, but folks with regular doctor appointments didn’t wait as long. Women who took me vack was rude as well.

Came in for severe pain in right leg in knee area. Nicole Carter, ARNP, was wonderful. She was kind, professional and very thorough. She took great care of me.
