Extremely unorganized, and the fifth of the place was disgusting. Garbage’s were not emptied. They were overflowing. There were hairs on the floor, and the staff just seemed oblivious to what was going on around them.

During Covid 19 Pandemic.I was denied care. Why ?I had been there 3 times before within the last 14 months. They had all my insurance Information.A person name Lindsey got involved in my I take process did I mention no one was in waiting area. The process was smooth until she overvalued the girl a d started asking questions asking about my insurance which she clearly saw in the computer. This was all done with facial masks on.I hesitated when she asked about my insurance I said yes I think so.My insurance never changed. She told me I could not be seen without my cards. She told me to go home and get them or I would not be seen during a Pandemic?!.We can t let you see the Doctor honey???I had a sty on my lower she lid. Please do not go there. They had my info. This place is privately owned nobody knows. She will get away with behavior. My daughter called and she lied and said I told her I did not have insurance and if I wanted to speak to the office manager. If she did not understand me because of my facial mask.I'm in your area of employment why did you not ask me to remove it no social skills and very condescending .They lie and are bad people Do not Trust Them.Go Somewhere Else.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. I went to this urgent care following an issue I had with my ear. The doctor decided to flush my ear out TWICE resulting in him rupturing my eardrum. After the the doctor flushed my ear he preceded to tell me that my ear was in good condition. Now 4 months later I’m about to have SURGERY on my ear to fix the damage the doctor did (not to mention my hearing loss). I tried calling and talking to the administrative staff about what had occurred and they were beyond rude and inaccurately charged what occurred during the visit and ultimately said it wasn’t there problem.

My 7 year old daughter had a tick that was very deep in her neck. The care that we received was outstanding. The nurse we had saw how upset/scared my daughter was. She went to her purse and brought back a set of stick on Halloween nails to make her happy along with a apple juice. Both our Nurse and Doctor were able to reassure her that she was going to be ok and they talked directly to her so she knew what was going to happen to get it removed safely. I will definitely be using this location from here on out for any and all health care needs because they put the person first and genuinely care.

The receptionist that checked me in was very short with me. The staff doc has prescribed an antibiotic used to treat dermatological infections to me on two separate occasions when I came in for a severe sore throat and an ear/ double sinus infection. During my last visit I asked the nurse practitioner follow-up questions and she proceeded to give me an attitude and tell me that I would have to go to the hospital if I had any further concerns because she couldn't do anything more for me (like answer any more questions) here. I will not be back.

This was my first visit to this type of facility. I was miserable and thought I had the flu. I thought I’d give it a try instead of spending 3 or 4 hours waiting in the emergency room. The staff was efficient and friendly. I saw the doctor within 15 minutes and she was great. Great bedside manner, very professional and kind, too. She listened to all of my concerns and conducted a thorough exam. Overall, this was positive experience and I have highly recommended this facility to my friends and family. Thank you!

My husband REFUSES to ever step into that place again because of the EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL female doctor on site. We have had a wonderful experience with the Physician Assistants, nurse, and x-ray Tech. Only giving 1 star because I cannot give zero stars.
