If you value professionalism and empathy in the medical personnel that are caring for you; Guidewell Emergency Doctors is NOT the place to be. Except for Ms. Nora(and the other receptionists) and Mr. Chris(EMT that obtained my vitals/history) all the other "medical personnel" treated me like I was invisible. Most were not even wearing name tags or introduce themselves. Dr. Santambrosio barely introduce himself and even though I went to this clinic for abdominal pain he failed to perform a proper abdominal examination(inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation). Informed consent DOES NOT exist at this place and they will try to bully you in getting testing done without proper counseling. If you or your loved one are women; do not come to this clinic alone. The doctor and 2 other men came in to the room(again I was alone) stand in front of me in an aggressive/intimidating form to say "you are not going to get what you want here" and left.The way I was treated at this so call medical facility was not only scary but humiliating. Want I wanted was an examination and medical care provided with empathy and proper discussion and education of the services they were providing/offering. If this is how they treat people when is not an emergency I can only imagine when is a true emergency and the patient can't even advocate for him/herself.

I want be coming back for ear cleaning it didn’t go well, it I may be ok for some not myself, to much time waiting and to many people involved,

The staff was friendly and compete. I was in and out in a reasonable time.

I am so grateful of being informed by my PCP of GuideWell Emergency Doctors. The facility was beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff was so courteous and professional. The waiting time was less than 15 minutes. The check-in process was beyond convenient. I highly recommend GuideWell Emergency Doctors. -Andrea D

Very disappointed that one of the techs took my husband's Blood Pressure and the reading was 170/180 He stated he would return and never did. My husband's Blood Pressure numbers were never discussed any further and the Tech Never Returned!! My husband was sent home with these numbers. Terrible. Did not even receive an Update or Call to address it after leaving the facility.

Dr. Dotson, Nurse Chris, Nurse Joanne , Front Desk Michelle, the X-ray tech all were very kind and considerate. This is a clean, professional environment full of wonderful staff. Thank you all for exemplary, kindness, and work ethic. As I exited, I was met with additional staff at the desk with warm smiles 😊. I appreciate it! ☺️God bless you all

Well, I returned. That says a lot. The front desk staff this morning rate an A+++, thanks for your assistance. The doctors are always nice, but Dr. Dott deserves an A+++, thorough, Indepth explanation was appreciated.
