I had respiratory congestion and sinus pressure and could not get into my PCP for 2 weeks, so my daughter suggested I try this Urgent Care Clinic. I made my appointment online and it was very easy to do and got an immediate appointment. The check in process was done through the Solv app and text message, which was very convenient. The front desk staff and medical assistants were very professional and cordial even during a busy time with many patients with appointments and walk ins. I did not feel rushed or brushed aside as they began the insurance verification medical history, and reason for visit. I did not see a physician, but was told a Nurse Practitioner (NP) would be seeing me. I was fine with that. When it was time for the NP to assess my need for the visit, she was thorough and very professional, caring, empathic, and thorough!! Again, I arrived at a very busy time and never felt rushed or brushed aside by the NP or the staff. The NP offered the diagnosis and necessary prescriptions and asked if there was anything else she could help me with or answer questions. My own PCP does not do that!! I highly recommend this Urgent Care and PCP and will be calling my insurance company tomorrow to switch my insurance to this provider!  Obviously, I was very happy with the care I received tonight.

I highly recommend Lani City Urgent Care.I was able to make an appointment immediately for right side pain.Checked in when I arrived and was seen immediately. The staff is phenomenal 👏 they are super friendly and are intintave to my needs.The doctor Elias is amazing I would rather go here then my personal doctor.I have referred several friends and they will not go anywhere else.

The staff is great, and Dr. Elias is wonderful! My only complaint is that every time I go, they have a hard time getting approval from my insurance medical group. And each time I go they get a reference number (approval code). Today my husband took my daughter and it was the same problem once again, so they just left. If my insurance approved the other visits, why do they make it so difficult to just go? That part is frustrating.

From scheduling appointment to leaving afterwards everything was great

The only concern I had was with the young lady that checked me in at front desk She had no manners would ask questions and would talk over me when I would answer very rude manners and no compassion for people coming in  and not feeling well,  very unprofessional

Both the doctor and the staff were great! I am very happy with my visit!
