My wife Sheetal Bhat was complaining of pain - I planned to visit them and without any checks, They forced us to sign the emergency form for treatment, this being my first visit with my wife, I was not sure how the signing of form can change the rates. They give us wrong information that our deductibles are met and insurance won’t charge anything, although I was not very convinced the way they were behind me. They spent 90 mins and charged by insurance 4866, now I have to pay 50 percent of it as my deductibles are not met. Personally, I am shocked after receiving such a huge bill. My mistake was not knowing how rates will differ after signing the form. They cheated us and provided the wrong information. Be careful of them, it is totally a fraud but I don’t know what shall I do in this case.

Doctor treated me like I was lying and now I'm in the er getting iv assistance to fight a horrible kidney infection going on 2 days now. if you only want white clients say so. the whole black people feel no pain is outdated. people can have pain and not cry to the doctor. I felt like she was perverted wanted to look at my vagina for a uti when the ER did a urinalysis and deemed it a Uti turned kidney infection... why was she trying to look at my vagina? to humiliate me and run up the bill while I'm in pain. in real pain which she kept acting like it was in my head. I told her my pain areas and she kept looking at my vagina while sitting I told her what body parts hurt, how they hurt etc. and she said point at it, why would i need to point at my crotch. I told her no I said my pain parts and you don't need to point at my crotch to know where I urinate from. I explained in great detail. over and over. then said i would have to take my clothes off in another room so she can look at it. because apparently an almost 30yr old women wouldn't know the difference between a yeast infection and a Uti that is killing me. the REAL ER saw me and understood with one test what was happening no one needed me to point at my clit and show it to them. dont come here they run test without your knowledge i was lie to told this was an ER and after all this humiliation was told its not. I had to drive back at 1am in severe pain. when leaving the doctor was hiding and the other doctor tried running into a room to hide them came out acting ashamed that she was caught. like children. i never yelled, never argued i was in pain and needed help. i was afraid for myself and went to the er with only my id and they would assist without payment AFTER I test were done and I was sitting in a room without my clothes just some child's robe. I told that doctor I felt like I was dying and all she wanted was money. had to get an ambulance in the morning I couldn't move from the pain.

The information here describing a base office visit of $149 is an absolute lie. It cost at least double that amount to walk in the door. Wait time was over 2 hours in the middle of the night. Overcharged on everything they could possibly charge, medication, visit, etc.
