What patients are saying...

I was seen for about ten minutes, half of the time was spent trying to give me a covid test without having any covid symptoms. The nurse practitioner did not seem competent. I got billed for an hour appointment. I was told they couldn't help me. Everyone was nice and everything was clean.

Had an appointment for 4:30 and checked in online. When I arrived I checked in at the desk and was asked to provide all of my information again and was asked to wait. I waited for 50 minutes and during that time I saw four other people without appointments arrive be be taken back to be seen immediately. I returned to the front desk to ask what the delay was only to be told that they couldn’t find my information, despite having provided it twice. I was finally taken to an exam room, where I waited another 20 minutes to be seen by the PA. The nurse taking my vitals could not perform a simple BP check, despite multiple attempts. I finally had to tell he to try the other arm and she still could not get an accurate reading. My chief complaint of a earache with pressure was diagnosed as a small blockage in the ear canal and it was flushed. Two days later I still have significant pain and discomfort and if anything the issue is worse. I will never return to this clinic. Their overall approach to patient care was laughable and unprofessional.
