I have been having some consistent issues with my stomach and intestines. I knew what i needed to do but mainly required a referral to gastro. Staff was all very kind, only thing i was a bit upset about was having to pay up front for service when i had no health insurance and wanted to get service before i paid. Overall the doctor i saw was very compassionate and understanding, told me everything i already knew but was very informative. Gave me a prescription to hold me over until i get insurance in jersey.  I think as long as you have a valid insurance for them, its a 10/10 all around. Super clean, very kind workers, and efficient service. I was hesitant to go to a ER as i don't view my situation as a “Emergency” as it is more so chronic illness. I highly recommend this provider but PLEASE HAVE INSURANCE! It will be pricey without, and its not really affordable out of pocket. Just to be seen and taken in was $110.

I had an ear infection and my doctors appointment with my pcp was not until days later I was in so much pain. The staff was great and got me to the back asap the doctor checked me and I asked can I be prescribed with pain medicine and antibiotics and he did just that I was out of there in no time. I would definitely recommend going here!

Had to have a physical for new employment along with a Tb test! Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was friendly and helpful! My wait time before being seen was less than 5 minutes and the nurses and doctor were exceptional.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Spent less than a minute examining me. Prescribed a antibiotic that “should” take care of the problem, we will see. Dismissed me and asked me to leave only to have his staff call me back because he forgot to run some tests. Terrible bedside manner wouldn’t never recommend if you would like a proper diagnosis.

Returning from a drive from Florida, with a raging sore throat. Easy scheduling an appointment for the next morning. I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Dr. Santana was perfectly professional and attentive. I would go back in a heartbeat!
