What patients are saying...

I had to wait outside for 20 minutes before I was let in. I am currently very sick with the flu and felt so light headed i started to cry. The receptionist then made fun of me in front of her colleague… saying I “this patient just about gave herself an asthma attack” very loudly right in front of me. After getting so light headed that I almost passed out being locked outside, arriving ten minutes early to the appointment as instructed on the site, I was appalled. The PA was excellent but the receptionist’s patient care was truly horrific and for that reason I will not be returning.

Your “Doctors assistant” who treated me said there was NO WAY I could have shingles, which I was sure I did and in so much pain and agony. He did nothing to help me. Today I saw a real doctor and he diagnosed me with shingles right away and now I am finally on meds. AVOID THIS PLACE

Scheduling was decent . Waited about 45 minutes in waiting area and about another 15 minutes in the exam room. Doctor Jose didn’t seem to examine my throat thoroughly , I came in concerned about a throat infection and his first diagnosis was just inflammation. I persisted that it could be worse and i requested a strep test . The other nurse performed the test and upon his arrival with the results , he claimed I was positive for COVID. He had to ask the nurse what she tested for when he was the one who told her to test for strep. Overall to be paying $150 out of pocket, I would’ve expected better quality of care.
