The service at the desk was wonderful

I was a bit early for my physical, but they had no problem accommodating me and getting me in, through, and done so I could head home to my family sooner.

Everything was good from scheduling staff was very nice and patient friendly and it went quickly and that’s what I like most about it in and out care was perfect .👍

My blood work was never or hasn't been submitted and it's delaying my hiring process.

This is my second time visiting this location and Level Up in General. The first time last Dec the nurse was sweet but my PCR wasn't sent to the lab. So when I called there was no results. Tonight, the medical assistant I didn't catch her name was friendly. The PA not so much. I always got blood drawn through my veins and since she couldn't find it she suggested I do my wrist or finger one of the two or see my primary doctor. That beats the whole point of an Urgent care. I said I never has that done that way and she just seemed to have an attitude about it and about me not wanting to do a PCR.

I am very thankful I visited here. Dr. Krivoruk was just extremely helpful. She did spot my problem right away, gave me some tests and provided medicines I needed. I would not go anywhere else from now on. I have been just miserable carrying 103 F fever for 5 days. Going here and there 24h urgent care, and even my primary doctor at NYP, they were never helpful and told me it was nothing and I was overthinking, refused to give me tests or providing me antibiotics. Do not go to random urgent care just because they are opened night time, or close by you. They only take your money and give you pain killer when you are suffering with an infection with 103 F fever. My primary doctor at NYP even refused to check my nose when I have sinus infection - she said “I think you just have a cold, don’t cough, relax.” I encourage you to make an appointment as soon as you can, take Uber to Forest Hills, to visit this urgent care.
