Wait time is close to excellent. Bathrooms are very clean. Stsff is attentive even if they're super busy. My insurance didn't cover a blood test and I was highly impressed at the minimal amount I was charged for it. Other urgent care(s) wanted 3x the price. They have bookings and walk ins. Nice place

Ladies were hospitable.. I was well informed. They did not hesitate to help me fill out my forms.. I would recommend this place to anyone.. Thank you so much for taking care of me!!

The doctor was a complete jerk and didn’t even listen to what I had say. I had 3 issues to address, he came in and told me the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what I’ve been told by my GP. Only reason I went there was due to the wait to get into my personal doctor. The other staff members were absolutely awesome, the provider on duty made me feel like I won’t be back

I waited over an hour here because they were having an “emergency meeting” speaking about a coworker and her unprofessionalism. My door was wide open while I was waiting for a 10 minute test result so I heard their entire conversation. A woman with an appointment walked out because they were huddled talking, and a boy who came in for a covid test was also there for over an hour which is unreasonable for a covid test. Ive done mine in 15 minutes before here, I don’t understand it.

Woke up with green phlegm in my throat, went to schedule an appointment, very easy. However when I arrive, the nurse gives me a covid and flu test and says my doctor will be right in. When my doctor comes, he initially doesn’t ask me anything, examine me or anything and just says that there’s a virus going around we don’t know what it is but thats likely what you have. I then express concern like what virus, what symptoms, etc. he then tells me but again he is telling me that this is what I have strictly based on a negative covid and flu test (as if other illnesses dont exist). I then tell him my concern for infection due to the color of my phlegm, he then says I’ll prescribe a antibiotic if it makes you feel better, it wont hurt but may help… mind you I already told the nurse and him about the phlegm but he was about to just let me leave before this with nothing. So then I’m told to go to the receptionist to ensure I have the right pharmacy, I tell her my preferred, she then tells me that its closed due to a fire, okay I then search to find another. Well I get to the pharmacy, after confirming the address for the pharmacy, I arrive, however, the nurse still proceeded to send it to the one that she informed me was closed. So I then call to confirm, she says yes, we sent it to the closed pharmacy but they should be able to change it. HOWEVER NO!, after waiting in a second line to have it changed at the pharmacy, the pharmacy prints out and informs me that in fact no prescription has been sent at all. I then call Level UP back again, first call something happens after the receptionist answers and the call is hung up. I then call back again and she says “we’re about to send it now”. Mind you my pharmacy and doctor are twenty minutes apart and I waited in 2 lines multiple phone calls and she just sends it after I call her twice. Between this medication mix up and the doctor not even checking my symptoms I feel robbed of my copay, time, and true diagnosis
