The problem I have is with your phone service. I left message but know one returns my calls and I was waiting at the pharmacy and was needing to talk to someone quickly. I could not get a person so I had to drive back to the clinic to speak to someone. That is just unacceptable and not necessary. You should have someone that can answer the phone or someone that checks income messages. I truely wish someone would look into this problem but I'm sure you don't really care so probably it will continue to be a problem.
