Always super easy to make an appointment on tbe website. The wait time in the office wasnt too bad. But compared to otber walk in waiting rooms...a pleasure. All the staff is very nice...Rebecca gets a gold star for giving me a painless shot in the arm. But, Natalie is my allstar....they prob wont give me enough space here....short version - sweet, sincere, great smile with an adorable personality plus...she knows what she is doing.
