My care was really good! However, my e-script was never sent over & when I called the next day (christmas eve) they weren’t answering the phone after several attempts, therefore, I had to drive back to the office which was open to request for them to send e-script again.

My provider Jackie took the time to understand my concerns. She was very thorough and professional.

The staff is amazing here- compassionate, kind, professional, and really seem to care

This urgent care is by far the best! Everyone from reception to health care providers are nice and compassionate.  Waited especially a long time today, but understandingly so with being right before the holiday.

this is the first time that we have ever encountered additional weight past a scheduled appointment. Regardless, the office staff have handled it very well. We were informed that there was an influx of patients and the added wait time. They were great at communicating; we along with others in the line when we walked in, were able to go home with the ability to have text messages, informing us as our appointment got closer. While I am sure that there were individuals that were not happy about the at a time. I don’t think that the staff could have done a better job at easing the situation.

Every time I visit this location, the providers are spectacular! They are so thorough and really listen to me! I will pass every other urgent care to come to this one for the level of care that I receive every single time!! I always tell Friends and Family about this location. They really pay attention to the details and I always feel taken care of.

The staff was friendly and extremely efficient I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for an urgent care. The scheduling on line is easy to do and they honor your appointment

Came into the office with severe congestion, sore throat, major headaches, sneezing, and mucus feeling tired and weak. I was seen by a sweet young PA. She tested me for flu which came back negative. I just thought it was strange because when she came back, she just said OK. You’re negative for the flow and didn’t say anything else. Just said you should rest for 3 to 5 days and take Tylenol or advil.  She was a very nice girl, but I felt like she was New # out of school. I’m very inexperienced. I’ve never had a diagnosis where they don’t even suggest a nasal spray over-the-counter for the decongestion or a cough medicine to break up the mucus so I went home and suffered for the rest of the day Tylenol and Advil do nothing for me then I decided to use the nasal spray on my own and take Mucinex   The headaches finally subsided after using the nasal spray that night   I was a little disappointed and felt like I wasted my time and money going to the drs.

She is feeling much better although still has a slight fever and cough

The PA seemed really unprofessional. I came in for help and instead got laughed at by the PA.
