The staff that cared for me were great.  I have been to this office before, and they have always done well.  The only issue I had today was the check in process. I had a 9am scheduled appointment, which was when they open. The staff only arrived at 9am and was not prepared for the patients. ( I am a medical provider, if we start at 9, we must be there 10 min before to be ready for the patient at 9.) The computer was not “up yet” so the receptionist had each patient fill out a form as they came up to window. I had completed my paperwork online, what was the need for this?   I felt they should have been better prepared. They should have asked if you had an appointment, and if you filled out your paperwork. If yes, just taken the name until the computer came up. Those that said no could fill out a form.  There was an unnecessary wait standing in line.
