The doctor that saw me was very weird, and just seemed to want to get me out of there. I had a bad fall and have been in pain for a week now and he just said I have a bruise and it hurts. I don’t think bruises cause fluid buildup in the thigh and back if the knee, will be getting a second opinion.

I believe I was bitten by an insect about a week ago which caused a very sore red area that was not getting better with my home therapy. Made a same day appointment with my preferred time. Front desk staff was friendly & professional as well as the medical assistant. The Dr treated the area and sent in an Rx for antibiotics. I will definitely return for this prompt & attentive service if anything else arises.

Wow. Again such a great experience with Liberty Urgent Care. Everyone is so accommodating and the visit was quick and remedied !! Always a good experience here and so affordable compared to other Urgent Cares.  Highly recommend.

Dr was brash and the check in lady was short with me. I wouldn’t go back.

Slipped on ice. Needed xray. Was told by staff no xray that Hatfield location. Could be seen by doctor. If doctor determined xray was needed I could go to Horsham location for xray. Doctor informed no xray tech anywhere. Would not have been seen had xray not been available. Will never go to Liberty again!!!!!!

I feel like the whole process of going to the urgent care was very efficient. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. It was very pleasant. I just moved here from Texas and I feel like the experience I received here at this urgent care is top-notch compared to where I was

The doctor went over and above to call the CVS pharmacy to verify which location was still open that I could pick up my prescription tonight instead of tomorrow. So, I drove to a different store than I usually go to, as their Pharmacy vs. just the store was opened for another half hour. Much appreciated!

Was not even examined, listened to 2 of my problems and immediately told me i had covid. he told me it would cost me a lot extra to take the test at the place, told me to pick up one on my way home. THEN he examined me. told me everything was clear, he went to print me out my paperwork. came back and told me “if it’s postive, good luck because the next few days will be rough for you.” i’m a teenage girl, and this indeed did scare me. i went home and tested, it’s negative. now im stuck with most likely a sinus infection and have no meds or anything to get rid of it.

Made an appointment for a DOT physical. The appointment went great. Dr. Was friendly and efficient.
