Most of the visit was fine, I was not there due to cough/flu/covid but most everyone else was. A man walked in saying he was there due to his cough and was not asked to put a mask on.  He was asked to check in (on an ipad device at the counter that was not cleaned at all)  He stood right in front of the person behind the counter checking in as he sniffed and snotted, rubbing his hand to face as he poked on the ipad checking in, then just took a seat.  Once determined he was there for his cough, the aide behind the counter should have asked him to mask.  The rooms were dirty, splashes on the wall, dirty floors, etc.  The Dr was very attentive and had a great bedside manner.

My son hurt his toe we needed an exray I scheduled an appointment and we went after school. The place was mobbed when we walked in we had to wait over an hour but when it was our turn we were greeted right away they took the exrays and we were on our way. The staff was very pleasant.

Friendly staff and the nurse practitioner was very thorough. Was in and out in 40 minutes .

I went in the evening, no appt. Wait time wasn’t bad. Was seen and had meds prescribed.

Wonderful experience with Liberty Urgent care following a painful injury. Every staff member and medical professional were thorough, friendly and kind. I highly recommend and I don't often write reviews. Thank you for taking care of me.

Waited more than 2 hours for 5 minutes visit. Nurse came in and out she hardly check me.

I walked in with no appointment and was seen within 20 min. The checkin was easy but repetitive because I've been here & still needed to fill out forms with most of the same info you already have in your system. I was disappointed that there was no doctor working so I was seen by nurse practitioner. She was nice and seemed knowledgeable but I paid $100.00 out of pocket for deductible plus whatever else my insurance will pay to Liberty. I expect a doctor to be on duty. I would have liked a better explanation of taking my prescriptions. I also would like a printed paper with my diagnosis on it. That being said I will still use Liberty for my urgent care needs especially when I can't get a same day appointment with my family doctor.

You charge way too much for a doctors visit and wait a hour to be seen and when the doctor comes in and spends maybe 5 minutes and tells you they will write out 3 Prescriptions that’s it
