I used the scheduling for an appointment. I knew the appointment wasn’t going to be exact, but the appointment was literally useless. I talked to the staff about it and they agreed. It really means nothing. It is no different than a walk-in. It’s very misleading. I was angry that I had to wait an hour and a half even though I had made the appointment. I figured it would be off by a little bit, but not an hour and a half. The staff and the doctor were very nice, but the wait time was very frustrating and I’m not sure I will go back because of the misleading process.

Needed an act of congress to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Liberty Urgent Care was awesome!

Came for my FF/EMT physical for a department. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint is that it took 3 tries from two technicians to get the bloodwork.

Dr. Cambell was fantastric! Very pleased to have gone to this clinic!

Had an upper respiratory infection. Checked in ahead of time online and was able to complete the required paperwork before I arrived. The wait was about a half an hour, which wasn’t that bad and the waiting room was nice with a TV. The attending staff were very welcoming and kind. Dr. Campbell is a true professional with a friendly demeanor. He prescribed the right medication to address my illness. Started feeling better the same day. I highly recommend this provider.

Very thorough, pleased with service and will use again

I was a walk in. The guy at the front desk was super nice and everyone else was also. I was taken right in saw the Dr. got xrays then saw the doctor again. Was prescribed medication. Was in and out in under a half hour.  They could not have done anything better

Slipped and had to come in for xray of foot. I was able to walk in and was seen within 20 minutes. Front desk staff were efficient but could be more friendly. Nurse staff were very friendly and efficient. Xray taken within minutes. After care instructions were not really given as I am waiting for an outside radiologist to read xray. I was given a boot to wear.

Efficient and friendly staff. From start to finish was less than 30 minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back as well as recommend to others.
