So I took my 8 year old autistic son there because he had stomach pains.We saw the nurse who was very nice and he took my sons oxygen level with the little finger pulse oxometer. They had lost their temperature gun so I had a thermometer with me and I took my sons temp. The doctor came in and told me they were not comfortable sedating my son to do the abdominal scan and told me to go to Texas childrens. So, I did. Two days later I was checking my insurance claims for my son and saw they submitted 2 claims one for $1100 and one for $2800. Almost $4000 to take my sons oxygen level.All of 15 seconds only to tell me to take him somewhere else!!! I have called several times for their billing dept no one will return my call. Do not go to this place

Where to even begin... I went in so I could consult with a Physician. I had already tested positive and since it wasn’t a Covid test done by them I had to test again but this time with them in order to see a physician. I thought it was fishy but honestly I was scared as I had lost family members to Covid so I decided to retest. The test was $200!!! I got my results 3 hours later! I went it in and they gave me the results (of course I tested positive). So I told the front desk lady if I could now see the physician. They put me on the wait list and waited 2 hours. I was in the waiting area but had to step outside due to me feeling unwell. I asked one last time what’s taking so long and if I could see the doctor. They told me one -two people were in front of me. So I waited an hour and a half later and still no call. I knew they wouldn’t call me so I left. The place wasn’t even full!! I told my uncle about it so he called and they told him I never asked to speak with a physician. Basically calling me a liar. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Please save yourself some time and go elsewhere. There’s many other rapid tests done elsewhere.

I visited this facility today to get seen due to having several CoVid symptoms. It is hour 3 and I have yet to be seen. The website gives instructions to come in no appt is necessary, however, they have absolutely no procedures or any idea what to do with the surge in covid patients. When you first walk in they do not have plexi glass screens for the receptionists has you shout the reason for your visit, your name, dob and email with other patients in the waiting area. You are then directed to sit in your car. We have been out here for 3 hours and were told we would have to wait one other hour. They need to get a better system going and have people come in with appointments. Update: At hour 4 I walked into the facility to be seen and was treated with the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Instead of the staff being compassionate, understanding and listening to my frustration they decided to shout and explain to me how an emergency room worked like I was incompetent. I was with my 8 year old daughter and she was very disturbed and frighted with what was happening. I understand the staff may have been having a bad day or may have been stressed out due to all the patients coming in, however, the lack of empathy and understanding was never shown to me. The staff needs to get training on the type of work field they are in and how to deal with sick patients. Patients coming in to see an ER are ill and in pain and the last thing they need is bad service. All of this could of easily been resolved if they would of shown concern for me as a customer and patient. We left the facility due to my daughter not feeling comfortable. I then received a phone call from the front desk staff saying my appointment had been cancelled due to me allegedly calling a staff member stupid. I have never in my life insulted/name called a working person in my life. I was raised better than that. When I stated that I did not do that and was shocked at the allegation. She stated that if I was so unhappy with the ER place never to come back. I repeatedly tried to ask the representative about the bad service provided, but she refused to deal with my questions and hung up on me. I could not believe that a well establish business has representatives treating customers this way. I am most annoyed that I wasted 4 hours in my car waiting to be seen. My impression of this business has been tarnished, and I believe they should be concerned about how other patients are being treated. I have contacted the facility regarding this awful experience and will update my review if need be.

GAVE ME THE WRONG COVID RESULTS - would not recommend for anyone getting COVID testing. Received negative results, only to get a call half a day later that I was actually positive. No responsibility taken for the mistake. And the issues didn't stop there. I sent them my short-term disability paperwork because I was out of work for 3 weeks due to being positive. Called every day, 2-5 times per day with no one answering the phone. No replies to my emails. Finally got someone on the phone on Saturday who then hung up on me when they heard my complaints. I then decided to walk in to talk with them and they didn't even have a manager on duty. I was told that my PCP is who is supposed to fill it out, which I know isn't the case. Mind you, this is weeks after no response. My paperwork is now going to be late and I won't be getting paid for those 3 weeks. I am still waiting for the manager to email me back, even though I was told that it was her personal email and she should be getting back to me ASAP. COULD NOT RECOMMEND LESS. They have now been reported to the state and I will be finding the owner's information to proceed with a possible small claims suit.
