It is remarkable how much better I feel after just one day being on the meds that Lifeline prescribed for me. Service was great and the results have been excellent.

I live in rural S.Tx. I went to sleep w/a raging UTI.  This morning my sister, a retired doctor who no longer prescribes, sent me the online information for Lifeline.  Thank heavens. I felt that I was in competent hands.  They were careful, and listened to me.  Sent RX to nearby Pharmacy.  I am gratefully pain free and on way to recovery.  Thank you Lifeline.  I definitely will recommend them to others.  Check in was swift.   Staff were concerned and seemed to care.  I’m happy  at the outcome and will certainly call them next time.  I also felt that the cost was very fair..

I chose the virtual care option. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the fact they were super busy. My provider was kind and understanding, and offered me alternatives if our decided course of action didn't help enough. She was knowledgeable about my chronic condition. They were fantastic, and if I ever need immediate care again, I will absolutely go here. Thank you.

Excellent care. Doctor and staff were m prompt and were able to help me with my illness. I did a video visit and  it was so nice to be able to visit the doctor from the comfort of my home. I would highly recommend Lifeline emergency to anyone. Thank you!

From the time I made the initial call about a potential televisit to my pharmacy receiving prescriptions was only 30 min! Good luck finding that kinda speed in healthcare anywhere else bc it’s unheard of. Everyone I spoke to from the front desk to presumably the medical assistant to the NP- Ben, they were all so friendly. I definitely will be using this place when opportunity arises. Thank you!

I had a tele visit with a provider at lifeline today- the front desk staff called answered all my questions and took my history the provider was on shortly after. It was nice to get good and quick care from my house!
