Staff is very quick and understanding my favorite place for emergency care for my baby.

It’s always a good experience when I schedule a sick visit for my children. In and out, always answers my concerns.

Amazed with the quality of care for my child in a highly stressful and difficult time. I can’t thank Anjanette and her staff enough.

This is always my go to clinic because Dr and staff are always so nice and they take their time to listen to your concerns.

The doctor was very great and gentle with my child. Listened to what I needed to say and was equally concerned as I was about my son’s well being.

Felt like I was somewhat rushed and didn’t get the help that I needed. Usually have a great experience but today something was off and strange. Disappointed

La recepción fueron amables y nos trataron con cariño, la enfermera fue muy muy linda trato a mi hijo con mucho amor le explico todo lo el procedimiento,pero la doctora no fue muy amable no le importó la salud de mi hijo , no se cual es el nombre de la doctora pero estoy muy insatisfecha, amo a la doctora Ángel ella es un excelente doctor pero en esta ocasión no estaba ella y estoy muy decepcionada la doctora que revisó a mi hijo dijo que todo estaba bien que no avía necesidad de medicina y mi hijo empeoró resulta que lo que ellla decía nada grave resultó empeorando la noche después

Usually have a good experience but not today. I scheduled online and they passed up the walkins. Then put me in a room and they forgot about us. Then the provider comes in and her asst comes in to do a swap test for strep. With just a q tip she didn’t open it in front of and takes off with it exposed to everything. It just seemed like she wasn’t trying to be at work. I’m guessing because it was a Sunday. She forgets about us again then when I remind her then she comes in and says oh ok you are ready to go home. My daughter is still sick and they didn’t send the prescriptions. I had to call and tell them because they forgot

Making an appointment super easy to schedule online. My only problem was the wait time. Took them over 20mins to check us in and finally take us back when we were the only ones there. The front desk and MA were not friendly but thankfully the PA was. She was very informative and super caring so would definitely recommend her. My only advice is if someone checks in, act fast esp when they have sick kids with them. It’s hard to keep them still and please be approachable with a smile. Makes a difference.
