Awesome service. I was greatful for all staff. The lady who took care of us was awesome! I could tell she was very educated and loved her job. I would totally recommend her to parent. She was professional, shared needed information, friendly, and caring. I knew she was genuine because my daughter responded very well to her and even was a little silly with her. My daughter doesn't warm up to anyone as quick as she did with her. My only critique is that, the helper didn't walk us through the throat swabbing process before she did it. It took both me and my daughter by surprise. I could tell it made my daughter feel uncomfortable. She had a swab before 2 years ago but we didn't remember what was going to happen. Other than that, it was a great experience. We always feel taken care of when we come to this location.

Went in for a consult for an on-going issue with a misdiagnosed skin condition. The provider said to try bleach and water, and to rub diaper rash creme on affected area at night. Said problem was cause by anxiety. We left very confused, and dissatisfied. Would NOT recommend AT ALL.
