Today I couldn't take my son and my wife took him, the person at the reception behaved unprofessionally asking several questions making my wife feel bad because I was the one who filled out the documents online.

Excelente atención médica. El personal muy amable la doctora Herrin, Lisa muy buena la recomiendo se preocupa por sus pacientes. Amable y pasiente. El lugar muy limpio y la espera no es más de 30 min.  Lo único es q tardan un poco en poner la receta en la farmacia pero uno puede mejor pedirla y llevarla uno mismo.  En cuanto a todo lo demás lo recomiendo 100%

My absolute favorite place to come to for my child. They treat our kids with kindness and care and very helpful and friendly, & Very professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️best place I recommend to any one!!

Wish they had the same nurse practitioners because some of them don’t know what they’re doing so the office care isn’t always the best.

Needed a sports participation physical on short notice. We got in quickly and they were very thorough. Will definitely consider Little Spurs for future sick visits. Staff was professional and kind.

Office staff was very friendly and informative. She spoke a bit quiet and so it was tough to understand what she was saying.  Nursing staff was polite and patient when doing triage but I was disappointed in a used bandage that was about to be used on my baby for the heart rate and blood o2 monitor.  Dr had poor bedside manner. Didn’t introduce herself when coming in and immediately began checking child without communicating with the patient. When I requested she please speak to my child to communicate what she is doing, she ignored me initially, then when I repeated myself she said “what?” I repeated myself to please speak to my baby and that she is scared of people wearing masks and talking will calm her. Dr rolled her eyes then proceeded to say “you’re okay” to my scared crying child while acting annoyed.  Please if you are going to be a doctor for children, you should practice patience and communication. Having a bad day or not being in the mood is not a good excuse to treat a scared and sick child in this way. They are the patient and are people and deserve information on their treatment. The parent / guardians are simply there to receive the info and provide consent.
