Everyone was super helpful and welcoming. Made us feel at ease with our 6 month old being sick for the first time as new parents. Very knowledgeable! If I had one negative it would just be that you need to install some lighting in the parking lot for the safety of your patients and staff. The parking lot was pitch black. Great experience overall though!

Provider was terrible with zero bedside manner. Google was more helpful than her useless suggestions. I am a nurse practitioner and considers her care to be terrible. It was not worth the awful wait to see this provider.

When we arrived 30 minutes early to our appt, we were told they had a lot of people come in and that they were running an hour behind everyone’s scheduled time.  We spent 2.5 hours there.  While in the waiting room, the clerk came around to pick up napkins and water that was on the floor.  Then went to the counter and touched everything on it.  Pushed the Kleenex and pen holder back about an inch.  All with the same gloves.  Not sure why everything had to be touched.  I know people are sick and I hate it, but 3 different people came into our room and then when we were waiting to leave, we sat there in the room another 20 mins.  I finally opened the door and asked if they needed anything else. The doc asked if we had our school note and I said no.  She turned to the nurse and asked her to get it.  She said “I did that” and walked over and handed it to me.  We had 20 mins to get to the pharmacy before they closed.  No sense of urgency even knowing how far behind they were. My kid tested positive for the flu.  Also, I don’t understand why every person who enters the room, has to ask what is wrong with the patient. I also put it online when making the appt.  She had to repeat herself 3 times after I already did it.  Other than that, the people are nice. I’m sure it’s great when we aren’t having a flu outbreak.

I recently visited this pediatric office with my daughter, who is unwell and needed medical attention. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. During the appointment, the medical assistant (MA) asked me questions about my personal life that seemed unrelated to my daughter’s condition or the purpose of the visit. I found these questions to be both odd and unprofessional, especially in a medical setting where the focus should be on the patient’s care. When I expressed my discomfort to the MA and inquired about the relevance of the questions, I was met with an unprofessional response. I then spoke with the nurse practitioner (NP) to explain what had transpired. Rather than offering understanding, the NP responded in a manner that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. As a well-educated individual, I believe that such behavior is unacceptable, particularly in a healthcare environment where professionalism should always be upheld. After this interaction, the NP did apologize for her conduct and mentioned that she would have the MA apologize as well. However, the MA had already gone on lunch, and no further resolution was made. While I appreciate the NP's apology, the overall experience was troubling, and I feel it is important for medical professionals to maintain a standard of professionalism and respect at all times. This was the second time I brought my daughter to this office, and unfortunately, it will be the last. I expect better, particularly when it comes to medical staff who are trained to prioritize patient care and maintain a respectful, professional demeanor. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the office to address these concerns and ensure that future patients receive the high standard of care they deserve.

I didn't have an appointment but I didn't spend much time in the waiting room. Excellent service from the workers and the nurse was very kind. She treated my daughter and the doctor was excellent, 100% very kind. They always explained everything to me. I thank them for the good service.

Definitely not a staff issue but a staff problem. It should be stated that there are no tests available. I had to pay for my appointment ahead of time and they informed me they did not have flu test did & not test for infections or anything other than strep.
