Best urgent care in my area, members super professional and friendly,

My son had major congestion and the staff saw us within 5 min, accessed him in the next 10 and we were out the door in no time with prescription sent to my pharmacist. Amazing place

I feel that the seriousness of what my daughter was experiencing and the level of pain was not taken into consideration. She was only tested for Strep throat and because the test was negative she was dismissed. I was not satisfied so I took her to the emergency where they tested her for Mono and she was positive. I feel that the level and severity of her pain should have been taken into consideration and more tests should have been conducted instead of the bare minimum. I understand Mono is a virus and antibiotics only work on Bacterial infections. However it was very important for us to know what was wrong so we can take the necessary steps in handling it.  For example it was imperative that knew what she had because with Mono you have to keep an eye that the spleen does not swell and play any contact sport.

Everything went really well will definitely be coming back when needed

My infant daughter had a 101.0 temperature when we checked in they check her ears and said it was an ear infection. With it being flu season she was never swabbed for flu or any offer infection. With all the symptoms I explained to the doctor and the tech. Fast forward to Monday my daughter still has fever of 101 plus. She was taken to her pediatrician and swabbed she has flu A and has managed to past it to her sister.

I was able to book a same day appointment for my baby, the care of the doctor was comforting and he was great at making sure I understood everything

My baby had a swollen jaw Friday night I was afraid I wouldn’t get him an appointment until Monday. Reluctantly I found this pediatric urgent care and they took care of my baby the process was seamless and I was on my way home. Thank you for all that you do!

Made a last minute appointment for my daughter and was able to get in asap. The staff was very nice and helpful! I love little spurs locations and will continue to come! I will definitely recommend little spurs to everyone I know!

I was very disappointed at the care. I waited almost an hour and a half with my child. The nurse practitioner saw us for only five minutes. Her medical recommendations were ones I had been doing at home nothing else. I felt ignored.  I left with a sick child. This was a costly trip for 5 minutes. Parents be advised. I do not recommend. I wish a doctor would have been on staff as a second consult.
