I was very disappointed at the care. I waited almost an hour and a half with my child. The nurse practitioner saw us for only five minutes. Her medical recommendations were ones I had been doing at home nothing else. I felt ignored.  I left with a sick child. This was a costly trip for 5 minutes. Parents be advised. I do not recommend. I wish a doctor would have been on staff as a second consult.

Medical staff refused to do any sort of testing. (covid, strep, rsv, flu) Addmited to the er 1 week later.

I came in with my children, my toddler is very vocal and emotional, hes TWO YEARS OLD. the nurse and the person who triaged us were disrespectful to my son, raising their voice and talking to him like they were annoyed there was no empathy present. I will not come back to this location again.

I've been bringing my kids since they opened, however, the last few visits, especially today's visits have been awful. Today the front desk lady was rude, they didn't give us our doctors note, refused to correctly verify my insurance that my husband had to do it and then show her the info. The doctors bedside manner was horrible. Rude, condescending. Treated us as though we had no common sense. Said she wasnt sure what they had but also didnt want to test for the flu. It was a waste of time to bring them in for someone to not know or help my twin daughters. I don't know if we will ever be back.

My daughter was complaining about her ear.. nothing was prescribed or given to her. I’ll just stick to my natural remedies. It was just a waste of time and driving there.

After booking an appt  still waited over an hr also has to take my son to his actual pediatrician because he was worse and was tested positive for strep after being told he was negative yesterday.

I’ve visited this urgent care several times with my newborn baby and each time seems to get increasingly better (specifically with doctor care). Location and hours are super convenient and the doctor (forgot her name) was the most helpful thus far (considering I’ve told his pediatrician and other urgent care doctors the same recurring problem and no help). She was able to give me reactive and proactive information in regards to my concerns with my baby and more.

We’re from out of town visiting family and my little one got sick. My husband was so impressed with the NP, Amy. He said she listened, was very attentive and very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. She even called me later in day to tell us results of chest x ray and was very accommodating and personable. I’m really impressed with the facility and kinda wish we had the same service back at home! Highly recommend this facility as an RN myself!

NP Jesus is a horrible care professional. He told me my son was positive for covid when he was not. He refused to prescribed medication for my son cough and chest congestion. Very dismissive.

Every time I visited little spurs the staff was great the cleanliness of the facility was awesome & wait in great keep up the good work.
