Seriously dissapointed. Checked in online, but clinic doesn't seem to go by appointment times or follow the waitlist, because in the waitlist it said I was next and they took in 3 walk in patients instead. Even though my child was here for an accident related visit.

I had an unpleasant experience yesterday and brought my child back today for a 24hour followup. The staff called yesterday to apologize for my frustrations. They walked me straight back upon arrival. Everyone was considerate and they went well above and beyond to make my child and I comfortable and accommodated us very well. The floor in the room was filled with dark dirty splats and spills. Since we were the first in the office this morning it is apparent that they had not one clean the floors the evening before. The nurse practitioner is very thorough and went over things in great detail however, he comes off very uninformed and was unable to provide any information about what is going on with my child. I will still have e to take her to her primary Pediatrition. They are accommodating. But the place is filthy.
