Everything is great including pediatrician as well as the support staff

My daughter absolutely loves the staff, they’re very knowledgeable and friendly! Scheduling and checking into the appointment is very easy!

I only have one complaint: My child had a sore throat on Thursday but tested negative for strep. We got a doctor's note for that day of missed school. The doctor told us we'd probably caught her sickness at the very first stage, and that if she developed more symptoms and need to stay home another day, to just call the office and they'd print another note for the extra day. My daughter did end up becoming sicker and had to stay home from school (and is even worse now, on Saturday). The office could not give me a note without making another appointment to get more testing done, and they could not contact the doctor because they rotate locations and they didn't have any idea as to when he'd be back. I don't want to spend another $40 to get a doctor's note, when it could have been done on the first visit. I like that Lil Spurs is open until 8, when my pediatrician's office closes at 5. I don't like that they don't honor what their doctors tell the patients. Next time I'm out of PTO, I will make sure my child is VERY sick before I bring her to Lil Spurs.

Staff are lovely, nice, and caring. I bring all my children here, I definitely recommend. Doctor and assistant listen and are beyond amazing.

My son spiked a fever at 4 and I took him in at 530. Shield and Amanda were amazing and we always have a great experience here

The triage nurse was very kind and patient with my daughter. The doctor was great with her also. I'm very grateful because my daughter was fussy and miserable due to her not feeling well.

The office was fast and helpful. We were seen, taken care of and discharged in leas than an hour. This is awesome and non-typical at any clinic/urgent care

This is my second time taking my daughter to this location.  The doctor and the doctor’s assistant is great very friendly & very welcoming. Unfortunately, that’s not the case for the person who greets you at the front desk. She lacks customer service skills and seems annoyed if you ask her anything !  NOT THE BEST FIRST IMPRESSION FOR A PEDIATRIC CLINIC  I arrived and no one was at the front desk. About 10 minutes later she comes in with some muffins in her hand and just sits down doesn’t confirm check-ins or anything. I had to approach her and ask her and it seem  like I was bothering her. Appointment went great with the doctor and her assistant. I asked if they could change my pharmacy and they told me to tell the front desk lady Chardonnay. I tell her to please change it she looks at the computer and clicks and said she’s changed it and sent  I wait about an hour and a half and head to the pharmacy to find out No prescription has been sent. I call her and she has me waiting on the phone  for 10 minutes & came back with no solution .  I was very frustrated because I had a sick baby with no prescription at a pharmacy that was about to close for lunch. I had to wait till 5 PM to receive this prescription.   I actually wanted my son to be seen also, but she was so unfriendly  that it was just  best that I leave. I even asked her if she could check how much my son’s co-pay would be and she sided and said she needed the information. I told her I had it she just seemed bothered about looking up his medicated information.

The nurse that took my son vitals, was rude. Told us in a rude way for my son not to have his blanket. He usually uses it for comfort  When she told us this she made a face, which was very unexceptional.
