Super easy and fast to schedule, check in was fast and wait time was not long at all. Our triage attendant was quick, nice and helpful. Our nurse practitioner was amazing. She is always so kind and asks a lot of questions and always makes us feel assured and supported. We have been coming here since our song was an infant and have never had any complaints.

Nurse practitioner and all team members were friendly and welcoming. They all were very attentive to my grandsons needs.  We were treated with respect and kindness.  The nasal and throat swabs were completed with medical care and thoughtfulness.  The Nurse Practitioner was thorough and very knowledgeable.

Granddaughter woke up with a persistent cough and runny nose. Her pediatrician was booked until next week. Little Spurs had available appointments and were able to get her in right away. Everyone there is so kind and go out of their way to make the patient feel comfortable.

I went in with multiple symptoms and when my ear pain was overlooked I asked and expressed my concern about infection. the doctor said “i looked didn’t I? then you don’t have an infection” and that night i drove away in tears because the pain and was diagnosed with “a virus”. I came back 24 hours later for the excruciating ear pain and was immediately listened to, checked, on and cared for. with a way more accurate diagnosis and a bedside manner that TRULY showed compassion. They diagnosed me with the infection immediately (the second visit) and a respiratory virus and fully explained what she knew

My son got sick over night and they saw him the next morning. There was not much of a wait time and staff is great. Definitely recommend coming here.

Scheduling and being seen is always so easy. Everyone is really nice, but there was an issue with diagnosing. We were told one thing, but two days later everything got worse, and we ended up in the ER with a completely different diagnosis that required multiple different prescriptions.

Good location and an option when unable to see PCP like after hours. Sometimes the wait can be very long even with few patients there.
