My son got sick over night and they saw him the next morning. There was not much of a wait time and staff is great. Definitely recommend coming here.

Just amazing service from doctor Farley and her staff today! Thank yall again.

Scheduling and being seen is always so easy. Everyone is really nice, but there was an issue with diagnosing. We were told one thing, but two days later everything got worse, and we ended up in the ER with a completely different diagnosis that required multiple different prescriptions.

Good location and an option when unable to see PCP like after hours. Sometimes the wait can be very long even with few patients there.

Daughter had a bothersome area so was able to book online for in person visit after school in under an hour. They took her back early & diagnosed & sent rx to pharmacy. We were home within 2 hours from start of scheduling visit to include picking up meds. Everyone was courteous and helpful from front desk, to vitals, to PA Gomez. Everyone Treated my daughter, who also has ASD with dignity and respect the entire visit. We’ve been going there since they opened and will continue to go as they are both convenient & close to home.

Easy checkin process especially with a sick infant in your hands.  Doctor and nurses were knowledgeable and handled my baby with care, 100%. I went in with a severely ill baby, and was diagnosed a simple cold. Come to find out with a second opinion from my baby’s pediatrician the next day, we had to be escorted by ambulance to the emergency room in San Antonio. I know it was busy that day and I understand the wait time was unavoidable and the overall time in the room was unavoidable cause my baby was uncontrollably in discomfort. I appreciate the staff and all the hardwork they do. I know I couldn’t do the career they do and they show up with a smile and get things done.  Thank you!  From love from a tired mama with a sick little. I just wish the doctor tested for RSV that day instead of a UTI cause she was feverish and panting/breathing. My pediatrician said if I didn’t listen to my mama gut, my baby would have gave up breathing a together because she was really fighting.

My daughter was running fever with a cough and I quickly booked her an appointment for the same day. The nurse and practitioner were so patient and caring to my daughter as she was crying the entire appointment. Thank you for making it as comfortable as possible.

Granddaughter smashed her finger at school.  appeared broken.   did a walk in to get an exam and x-ray ,  only waited 5 minutes, got exam and xray and out the door in less than 30 minutes    they forgot to call me with results of xray but  I called myself 3 hrs later and they gave the report to me  overall a good experience

My son recently had an earache, and when we took him to the doctor, we were told that everything was fine and there was no infection. However, today we visited his pediatrician, who confirmed that he does, in fact, have an infection. This discrepancy raises concerns about the reliability of the initial diagnosis.

From the terrible experience with the two ladies at front desk to the negligent provider everything went wrong. I would absolutely never come back to this place and I’ll make sure write an extend review with all the details on google and every possible place so no parents have to experience what me and my son did yesterday and it could’ve been worse.
