Staff was great but wait time was extremely long in waiting room and in the room

Scheduling was a breeze. Picked my child up from my caregiver and child c/o headaches then proceeded to explain the situation that occurred at school, without the school notifying me. Pulled up the website, scheduled right away. Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. The nurse practitioner was super friendly.

Had concerns my 11 mo had an ear infection. When I got to the clinic and checked in I was informed their system couldn’t verify my insurance/copay so I would need to pay a $75 deposit. I don’t see how this is fair, being their system was down. The physician I saw didn’t seem to have much experience in examining children my son’s age. He kept having me hold his arms down and hold his head in different directions. He also completely ignored my statement of my child having RSV 2 weeks prior when he asked me about a cough and runny nose and chalked it up to a cold. I will not be going back.

My grandson got sick with a fever and a cough took him in and they found he had a cold. They also found he was getting an earache.  He was taken care of right away and was sent a request for medication at the pharmacy

Everything fast and efficient ,doctor very friendly ,informative,nice ,respectful..

My son was not feeling well at all. I was able to go online and schedule an appointment quick and easy for the same day. Once we arrived check in was easy and super quick. All of the staff were friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this provider for future patients. He took care of all of our concerns. Thank you all.

I love this place for all our acute care appts for both my young sons. We all know how hard it can be to get an acute appt with a regular pediatrician and this place is not only conveniently located but will see my kids on short notice. They also will send his regular pediatrician all the visit notes so they can see what he’s being treated for outside their office

Getting in was quick and easy. The staff were nice and helpful.

My toddler woke up with fever and was able to get an appt at this clinic within an hour, staff is professional and delightful
