The NP that helped us was awesome! The nurse that came in afterwards was also very helpful and extremely nice to my daughter. Thank ya’ll for helping her feel less scared and nervous.

Physician was excellent and found the source of my child’s illness. Called the next day with test results as promised

The staff was welcoming and pleasant from  the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Easy scheduling & check in process, attentive & comforting staff that provided insight & clarity on my little one. Really appreciated the care they gave to my baby & the assurance I received that everything was going to be okay.

They were busy at the office but they were very pleasant and helpful when I called about taking my daughter in. Online was very easy and was seen right away from scheduled time. Will definitely go there again if needed.

I was a walk-in, Check-in was pretty simple and Took No Longer then a Few Seconds on the Little Screen.  All of the staff was quick and professional when It came To My Baby. Called us to the back pretty quickly and separated us From The Waiting Area Since Baby Was So Young.   We Were Seen and Tested quick, This Was A Good Visit here. No Complaints, I Feel My Babygirl Was Very Well Cared For. I would Recommend This Location 🤗

My son got sick late in the evening I was able to book an appointment on line to be seen the following morning.

I brought my granddaughter because she was vomiting all day long, she didn’t have any urine output. The staff was friendly. I asked for a fluid challenge since she vomit all day long and no urine output. The NP told she didn’t look dehydrated but upon arrival NO b/p was taken, no ua, no blood work was drawn. The staff gave her some water which she vomitted in H-E-B parking lot and we ended up at NCB which she received the appropriate care meaning fluid challenge, blood drawn.

Took my baby in because of a rash, I'm use to walk in but they reminded me when I called they now offer appointments. I made one and then went to check in. Doing the appointment made everything smoother. The wait time was very little and the medical and office staff was friendly and professional. I'm very thankful they treated my baby and in a timely manner.

When entwring the persom that recieved me had a realy bad actitude . I asked for help because i didnt understand and she básically made fun of me for not understanding how to sign in on the tablet . I never got no help what so ever from the lady at registration.
