Fantastic Care and Service at Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care on Potranco Road I want to express my gratitude to the team at Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care on Potranco Road for their outstanding care and professionalism. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable during what could have been a stressful time. The staff was incredibly attentive and efficient in addressing my son’s needs. The medical team took the time to thoroughly assess his condition, explain their findings in a way we could easily understand, and ensure we felt confident about the next steps. Their kindness and patience with my son made all the difference and helped him feel at ease. The facility was clean, well-organized, and designed with kids in mind, which added to the overall positive experience. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about their young patients and their families. Thank you, Little Spurs, for providing such excellent care. I highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for quality pediatric urgent care!

Super upset that I needed to pay for a so called follow up visit from April when it wasn’t actually the follow up. My children were only going back because the doctor did nothing the first time. No swab for any type of test. Didn’t check for anything at all. The doctor only looked at them and said it’s likely viral and they’ll have to wait it out. So my husband took them the next day and told them they needed to check them because they were only getting worse. Turns out they had pneumonia and one of my kids needed to be hospitalized for a week. Yesterday I needed my child to get seen because his doctor office was closed. I was told that I needed to pay for the visit from April because it hadn’t been paid. My hands were tied and I explained this to the person I was speaking to but nothing happened. I’ve been using little spurs for years and I have never had to deal with something like this. I don’t think I’ll bring returning to this location again and will also let other people know about my experience at this location.

the nurses were not friendly or welcoming at all. with 2 year olds it takes a special person to not give up on giving the child the best of carr regardless of their temper. the doctor couldn't really diagnose the fracture and was told I'd get a call from radiologist and never got a call. the nurse didn't seem to want to cast my daughter and knowing I was being referred to ortho i deemed my visit a waste of time and decided against cast because the nurse told me my daughter would most likely remove it so it would of been alot to have to calm her down apply cast then to have to remove the next day for orthopedic would of been alot to put my daughter through. when I called to request cd the attending physician asked me what happened and wanted me to go in to get her casted but I told her I had an appointment already with orthopedic. the xrays were also a waste because the orthopedic needed to retake. had I known I was going to be referred to ortho I would of made an appointment with orthopedic since I have ppo and not bothered to take my daughter to urgent on a Sunday.

Rushed my 18 day old here with horrible acid reflux symptoms of gagging and they took care of us right away! I’ve also brought both my older boys here as well and they are always great!

The wait time was crazy long even though we had a appointment scheduled for 11.30 didn’t get seen till 2 but the care was amazing

I am so thankful for the care that staff extend towards my daughter! Everyone from reception, to nursing, to the PA and doctors. We have always had great experiences there. Definitely would recommend!!!

Wait time was horrible. Waited 25 mins when no one was in wait room, I was first on waitlist since the minute I checked in.

I love it when the doctor talks to the patient and not the parent This show that she values the patient response no matter how old the patient is.

Making an appointment was a breeze. Check in was easy and we were seen within minutes of arriving. Care was great and staff explained everything and took their time with us.
