My little woke up this morning with a bad cough. I was able to schedule an appt and be seen within an hour. Amy was our NP and she was so kind and helpful. All around an excellent experience for my son and a tired momma.

It was fine. They made a mistake but they rectified it pretty quickly. Bad introductions at the beginning but I will return with my business. They did help me out a lot and I was even able to learn something

Wait time was acceptable. Staffing was extremely friendly and helpful. Attending had good bed side manners and I did not feel rushed through the visit. I would recommend this provider and the Potranco location.

My daughter woke up this morning with pink eye. I called and was told that I could book an in person reservation online but was told that I may have an extended wait. When going online I saw the option to book a virtual visit. There was one available immediately. Traci Parker was so kind and attentive. She was able to answer all of my questions. The call took less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Like always they’ve helped me when I try to be seen by my child’s pcp and the care the doctors give is always the best possible. We did Telemed and in less than an hour my son had the medication he needed
