Front office staff not friendly or considerate. Customer service training highly suggested.

My son’s strep culture came back positive after 4 days. When I brought my other kids with symptoms in, they only did the rapid test which of course came back negative I had to convince them to do the cultures and they wouldn’t prescribe antibiotics. Then when they prescribed the meds for my son who came back positive they didn’t prescribe a high enough dose to kill the bacteria… I ran around all day trying to get this taken care of. Finally went to another doctor that would actually listen and help us. Very disappointed.

They had an available appointment right away. There was very little wait in the office. The office staff and drs have been friendly every time we’ve come. Would definitely recommend.

The provider was amazing. My sons were treated well. Loved the experience with the pa/dr The front desk sent each of my son’s prescriptions to 2 different pharmacies and took 2 hours to correct. That was extremely frustrating to deal with along with 2 sick kids in the car for 2 hours. When I called to confirm what pharmacy she sent them too she was rude and annoyed instead of helpful.

The wait was over an hour and a half. My son had the flu and felt awful. The wait time was unacceptable - especially since I had made a reservation for him. Would consider not coming back because of the wait.

My son woke up from nap crying with ear pain. I was able to schedule an appt right away. Check in was easy, paid copay with link waited a normal amount of time before we were called back. The nurse doing vitals was nice and patient. The doc/NP/PA (I’m sorry I didn’t catch name) was very efficient and pleasant. I was in and out. Ear infection treat with amoxicillin. I appreciated that! I haven’t had great experiences in the past so thank you to all staff members!

Wait times wait times, they are already long enough but the really frustrating part is they call you in the room after waiting forever outside, just to make you wait another 40m in the exam room with no windows no noises nothing for entertainment and the minutes passing by as slow as turtles. I was fine and comfortable waiting outside with distractions either in the lobby or my car. The only way you guys can improve , and I’ve written so many reviews but it never changes of course, is to not make people wait forever in the exam room, if you’re going to call me in because you’re “ready for me” , then be ready for me. So frustrating

Love that I can schedule online ahead of time. Gave me less wait time in the lobby.  Office was very clean. Nurses and NP were very thorough, kind and patient.  Front office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was referred to this location by other parents. I did not feel rushed during the appointment. Definitely recommend!

The staff was great, especially NP Claire B., our pcp at this visit. She is very kind, informative, and had wonderful bedside manner. She isn’t always at this location, but my son and I really appreciated having her as our pcp during this visit. Little Spurs is lucky to have her!

The scheduling and check in is so quick and convenient. The staff is very patient, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Garza was amazing, my son felt comfortable and at ease after he spoke to him.
