Very friendly staff quick response for book online

I will not return.The doctor at the time of my visit was very judgemental,and gave little to no help.She gave my daughter pills to take and a shot without telling or asking me if it was ok Front desk staff,and nurses on the other hand were very helpful,no complain what so ever

My son, almost one, was throwing up throughout the night so my husband took him to the urgent care, the front staff and medical assistant were very helpful but the physician herself was extremely rude. She talked to my husband as if he himself was the child and became impatient when my son wouldn’t hold still during the ear exam. I would assume physicians would have some sort of patience but she showed that she is not one of those physicians. She did not provide a care plan to my husband, I had to contact the urgent care clinic to find out how to treat my sons sickness.

My grandson was sent home from school nurse, he needed to have his index finger looked at. I'm so glad I brought him here, they acknowledged his pain and cleaned out his wound and provided antibiotics for him. Thank you 😊

My son got very sick early Sunday morning and I was able to make an appointment and he was seen in the afternoon. The wait time was not even 30min so we were excited about that. Once we got to the back the staff and provider were really nice and made my son feel more comfortable even though he was feeling horrible. The facility being opened over the weekend I feel was so convenient because normally everything is closed and I would've had to wait until Monday to schedule an appointment with his pediatrician. I will continue going to Little Spurs whenever an emergency occures and I will continue to tell everyone I know about Little Spurs.

Could hear doctor and staff laughing outside of room. We waited over an hour and when doctor came in, he tried to rush us. I will not be come back to this location. We've only had bad experiences

Scheduling was easy..and check in.. very friendly nurse.. and Dr. Was great.. listen to my concerns.. only waiting was about an hour. But good Service
