My daughter had an upset stomach, I brought her in after 2-3 days of not having a bowel movement, I scheduled an “appointment” online before coming in. I arrived on time, checked in then waited an hour and no call to the back, asked the ladies in the front how much longer it would be, started not sure they’re short staffed, finally they called me to the back but just to do vitals until a room was available. Waited another 15 mins in the waiting room before they placed us in a room, doctor never came in after another hour, I had to leave to pick up my other daughter from school. Did not get the care my daughter needed. And one of the nurses was kind of rude when I asked how much longer, bc I scheduled an appointment and was told we don’t do appointments, it’s just to get on a wait list! She didn’t care that I was on a tight schedule. And let me walk out without being seen.

Dr. Patel was kind and made sure my child got beat are possible. The results of the lab culture identified need for medication so good job doctor.

Brought my daughter to Little Spurs Urgent Care and was very satisfied with the Team Thank you Dr Patel for being professional and understanding with my concerns. MA Abby was very friendly  Front office staff Yolanda was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had with paperwork  Thank you very much

My son woke up with a fever and we went in Angelina was very sweet and helped with checkin and Zachary was also very respectful and kind got us in and out in about 30 minutes and the provider was also very nice answered every question I had would definitely come here again

I feel peace of mind knowing that I can quickly schedule my appointment online. On my last visit, the staff recommended that I sign up to the app and I did.  Today, when my little one felt ill, I didn’t hesitate.  I reserved a spot and was on my way. There is little to no wait time and the staff was amazing!!
