We were running behind and I called to let them know ahead of time. I was assured it was fine..we showed up to our appointment 3 minutes late and waited 40 minutes to be seen. The doctors and nurses were super helpful and nice just felt a bit disappointed by the wait.

Scheduling ahead of time was great and the provider was awesome. My only complaint was upon checking in the lady at the front was rude. Doesn’t cost anything to be nice. 😊 Next time I know I can check in on my phone so I don’t have to interact with front desk since it was such a hassle that I walked in.

They said I should bring my daughter back in 2-3 days if she got worse. She indeed got worse and I brought her back only for them to tell me if she was worse in 2-3 days bring her back. So frustrating. Needless to say we  ended in the ER due to how bad she was and they ran blood test and X-rays and found the real cause.

My daughter had a few bug bites that appeared to be getting infected, so we checked in online Sunday morning (11/17/2024) and headed in. I checked in at 9:26am and received an appointment time of 10:20. We arrived at 10:05, and immediately were hit in the face by the smell of weed. It was so strong in the waiting area, that many families asked if they could wait outside, and it was causing coughing among our family (we weren’t there for a cough). I understand that this wasn’t the fault of the staff, but especially in a medical facility, it should have been handled. There were a few families already waiting, so we knew we likely wouldn’t be called back right at 10:20, but we did not expect to wait as long as we did. We were watching the waiting list (on our phone, the lobby screen was on an error page), and around 10:40, we were next in line. Our name then disappeared, and we continued to wait while an additional 5-6 families were called back. My wife approached the receptionist to ask if we were missed. The receptionist asked for the name to be repeated twice, and appeared to not see it in the computer. Then disappeared to the back. She returned and let us know that we were next. This was over an hour and a half after we arrived, nearly a full hour after we were next on the list, and after multiple families who arrived after us had been seen. Once we were in a room, the service was super friendly, helpful, age appropriate for my daughter, and efficient. But due to the smell of the lobby not being addressed, and what I can only assume was a mishap with the waiting list, we will not be returning to this location, and would not recommend the provider to others.

Was able to take my daughter in with no answers when leaving! The MA was wonderful but the NP just didn’t seem to care or put too much attention to why I brought my daughter in. Left with my daughter still all sick and congested or medication. Maybe it was just the day or maybe just that NP because the staff was great!

The practitioner Veronica and the nurse that first saw my daughter were excellent and professional. My two year old felt safe and was well treated. I appreciate the medical care and guidance.

Glad I scheduled ahead.  I showed up 15 minutes before the time scheduled, as required, then sat in the lobby for an hour an 15 minutes past the appointment time to get called back to be seen.
