Came in for Covid, doctor was great but the nurse or tech that took me in with brown hair was extremely rude. Will not be there again.

Woke up this morning and felt like a truck hit me. Decided to try this urgent care. Had no problem making appointment with a pleasant speaking receptionist. Two staff members greeted me when I arrived. There were others waiting but everything seemed to be timed appropriately. PA was pleasant, professional and thorough. I was given the one swipe test. I have coronavirus. Was instructed what to do at home. Very good experience all the way around. Thanks to all.

Fell last night at work, came here for trays to.make sure nothing was fractured. Handled quickly and efficiently. Didn't know I needed to know all the insurance information including the name thought employer would have been enough, which would make sense. I had to pay the admission fee and now will have to battle it out with my employer. This I did NOT like.

Been running a low grade fever for three days. Also experiencing chest and head congestion, body aches, and ear discomfort. Decided to go as a walk-in. Front desk staff warned me of an hour long wait. It was very crowded, but I was seen in less than an hour, which was not bad, considering how many people were waiting prior to my arrival. My nurse, Kim, was fantastic…friendly and very personable. The practitioner I saw was Browlyn Vasquez and he was phenomenal. Very thorough and took time to answer all of my questions. I would absolutely come to this location as my #1 choice in the future!

Great experience, as it usually is.  Staff is friendly and Doc took her time talking and explaining things to me.

Everyone was nice. Check in was very easy. Staff seemed very personable and they were concerned about my foot.

I called my doctor's office twice and still haven't received a call back. Called Live Urgent Care Bordentown they scheduled me within an hour of my call, I was in and out in about 15 minutes and called my prescription in promptly! I am extremely satisfied with the service and care I received! Thank you!

My first urgent care experience and I was extremely impressed. Easy to get an appointment, a pristine facility, pleasant staff and PA who was very thorough and didn’t rush. Highly recommend!

Everything was great i will be going back as needed in the future

Had Michelle the PA for a cut on my arm that just wasn't feeling. Found out that using peroxide is no longer good. Use sterile saline. I was prescribed a topical antibiotic. Also thought I may have the beginning of a urinary infection. That was negative but going to send in to make sure nothing else going on. I love how thorough they are. Office staff is so friendly.
