I can’t believe how awesome my visit was today. Appointment time sharp on time staff was very professional and helpful. Very quick and efficient service. I took first appointment at 8:00 they were already there and ready to take patients. Doctor was very nice I loose my voice with sickness and Dr. Amie she was so patience and did not rush me at all. I went in staying my dough and sickness started three weeks ago and went up and down. Two days ago the cough and symptoms got worse. I had a fever there at the location but was not given anything for what I went there for. When I called back to speak to the PA she wouldn’t speak with me on the phone and instead had the nurse speak to me who was not present for my session with the PA. I was not heard or given any further assistance but was told to try another urgent care. Is a PA even allowed to be there without a doctor present because I never saw one nor was given an opportunity to see one. I will be filing. A complaint
