All of a sudden I got this excruciating pain in the back of my foot. I couldn’t stand or walk. I did a walk in. Check in was great because I had been there before so that was good. I was not properly or thoroughly evaluated for the issue I visited for tonight. I was better off staying home and Googling my symptoms and potential treatment. I have frequented this facility but I won't be back after my experience tonight. I spent more time waiting to be seen than I did being "cared for." The nurse practioner on duty couldn't even be bothered to thoroughly examine me and help me. Your lack of care speaks volumes. You just lost a loyal patient.
