Realized this morning after a week of trying to deal with what I knew was a sinus infection that I needed antibiotics. There were plenty of video appointments and it was easier than actually going to a Dr's office. The Dr was very friendly and understood exactly what I explaining. Gave me something for all my issues. Highly recommend

My experience with the in office visit was different than the virtual visit. I can’t believe I would get charged for the virtual visit. However I have had virtual visits before were there caregiver was more helpful.

Just the lil wait time other then that great visit

Made a virtual appointment because I thought it would be faster. Waited almost an hour and not sure if the prescription went through to the pharmacy.

Only waited 15 minutes for my appointment, was able to have my needs taken care of without leaving the house sick. Would highly recommend Dr. Rocio.

And so thankful that this is available to patients and could book my appointment within minutes. I spoke with a wonderful nurse practitioner who was very understanding and professional highly recommend using live urgent care.

Made a virtual appointment for 12:30. At 12:20 I received a text to join the virtual waiting room. At 1:15 I was still waiting. I called the Live Urgent Care office and was told another location, Perth Amboy, handled the telehealth visits. They transferred me to that office. The woman who answered the phone told me to stay in the waiting room and she would tell the Dr to join. After waiting another 10 minutes no Dr had joined. I called back and as I was on hold the nurse practitioner joined the call. The staff is very friendly and the Drs explain everything thoroughly. The telehealth procedure needs to be examined but I’m very happy with the staff.

She must have been new because she wasn’t able to navigate to my prescriptions on file and stated I should have made an in person visit when they already know what’s going on. I could have shown on cam if need be but I just had to make a regular doctors appointment so now waiting on that. She had said she’d send a cold sore cream too but haven’t seen any order progress from CVS. She didn’t know what to tell me about the rash thing even though they already diagnosed it with “jock itch” I think I need a cream or something stronger but i probably won’t do a virtual appointment again because they don’t seem to want to do much for you over the phone.  Update ** I called in to send prescription since she never responded to alternate medicine and asked for the valtrex emergency dose and she goes ahead and tries to send in the daily’s. She’s clearly incompetent. Her name was Ellen!

Had appointment @ 9:15, Dr prescribed a prescription, it’s been 90 minutes & pharmacy says they don’t have it .

Excellent ! Very attentive to my needs she listened and didn’t dismiss anything . Super friendly made me feel like I was gonna get better soon.
