Clinician was very sharp and understood the disease quite well, and was understanding. Helped me to get the treatment I desperately needed. Would recommend!

They completed the call before meeting, then called me on cell phone. They told me information I already knew, felt like I wasted my time being told to drink water and Gatorade and what to eat like the information was not already common sense. They were not listening fully, I told multiple times I was nauseous but never threw up and actively sounded like they wrote down I threw up.

Quick response and my charts were available for review.  So I felt like it was a continuation of a conversation I had before.  Awesome bed side manners and technology was very helpful

My daughter had flu like symptoms and the doctor immediately gave her time home from school which made me feel great about keeping her home so that I can properly care for her and make sure she recovers as comfortably as possible!

I’m very sick with Covid 19. My regular doctor couldn’t see me today. I scheduled a virtual call at this new urgent care in town. The Doctor was very helpful and nice.

Booked an appointment for a sinus infection. Very pleased with the care I received. Doctor was friendly and professional. This was the second time I used video call. Both times were excellent. Will continue to use Live Urgent Care and I recommend them for anyone that needs medical care.

Woke up this morning with a migraine, staff took care of me.
