I’m so sick that I didn’t know how I would possibly be able to survive a car ride to urgent care and my doctor was on vacation. I was able to schedule a virtual visit which was life saving. The doctor I talked to was amazing. She was so kind and knew exactly what to give me. She made everything so easy when I couldn’t even think straight.

Provider was great. Scheduling was easy and appt so on time

The doctor did not listen to my chief complaint and spoke over me. Would not prescribe anything. Very rude and condescending.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 online virtual. I didn’t see someone till 2:15. Was a 5 minute appointment.

Been sick for over a week and found it very helpful they had over 20 times slots open for me to do a video call. They were a couple minutes late which was understandable but very fast and efficient once they got on! They sent over my prescriptions right away and I am on the road to getting healthy again!

Scheduling and check in was in. It was perfectly convenient as I have a child with the stomach. I didn’t want to chance putting her in the car and driving for care as I would like to remain near a bathroom. The PA was amazing. Didnt feel rushed. She asked the needed questions and thoroughly explained everything. I would highly recommend and use again in my time of need.

I won’t using live urgent care.  The pa was rude and lacked a bedside manner.

Would definitely recommend the Live urgent care. I have been using it for the past two years. I used the video consultation for the first time and it went really smooth in the comfort of my home. The Doctor had access to my past med history and recommended treatment after thorough examination.

I had the pleasure of dealing with  Rocio Ipanaque, PA.  She was extremely friendly, very thorough making my tele med experience pleasurable. I would recommend her and Mr. Beyer at this facility, both are great. Thank you Yes, I would recommend this medical facility.

Christmas Eve and I have a lingering cough and cold.  Was able to speak with medical staff immediately and am picking up scripts shortly Staff was thorough  answered all my questions and was attentive to my concerns Definitely will continue with this provider and highly recommend
