Scheduled an appointment and then it was cancelled with no reason. Had to call and reschedule. Then I waited over an hour to see a doctor. The prescriptions were never sent to the pharmacy and when I called they said I’d have to wait until their current patients were done being seen to get the script I should’ve gotten yesterday. I came for the convenience but will never come back.

My daughter has been sick since Wednesday , her symptoms progressed and I took her to Urgent care in Hoboken. The wait time was less than 10 mins , waiting room is clean ! Check in was super easy . The staff and super friendly as well as the doctors. Got the tests needed as well as fast results. We were in and out within a total of 25 mins !  I recommend coming here when you cannot get an appointment with your pcp.

Everything went well with the doctor and the care, they were able to answer all my questions and treat my sympthoms. They only thing that needs improvement is the front desk ladies, they are not that friendly, they have an attitude and don't even look at you. They don't make you feel welcome.

Scheduling was super easy and they had a lot of appointment available. The girl up front was super nice and made the check in process quick. The wait time was about 15 minutes I had two people in front of me. The nurse doing my vitals and prepping the chart for the doctor was sweet, kind, took her time asking me questions. The doctor was super nice, had such great energy and super friendly. He took his time with any questions I had and did not make me feel rushed. Definitely a doctor I would go back too. For my first time there I would definitely go back.
