Walked in to Denow Rd location on a busy Sunday morning and after a brief wait was seen by PA Sabrina who was very friendly, courteous and professional. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

I just walked in . It was about 15 minutes before I saw a Doctor.Bedside manner was great. I felt at ease. I would recommend this  provider.

Everything was easy and quality of staff was great. Wait time was excellent.

Showed up with no appointment and saw the doc within 20 minutes. Everyone was very professional and super friendly. Thanks again for a great expuerence.

Promptness of opening was not ok. It says the first appointment is at 8, but I was not seen until 8:20 as the first appointment of the day. By the time I left at 8:40, the entire wating room was packed.

I thought they did a good job with so many patients there.  The welcoming staff was very patient given all they had to end to. I came in with a laceration that may have needed sutures but didn’t.  The provider gave me clear instructions as to what I needed to do and why I should not have the laceration sutured. I think they did a fine job and definitely would go back.

The start of my day was not the best…I was burned by hot coffee in a donut shop drive through. I was able to drive myself to Live Urgent Care and walk in. The wait wasn’t terrible (6 patients ahead of me, including 1 other walk in). Front desk staff were friendly. Waiting room is a bit small, but very clean and comfortable. There is an option to wait in the car too. Nurse who did the check in was quick and very thorough. The doctor was right in and immediately addressed my pain and discomfort. After her assessment she applied a burn cream to the blistered skin and covered it gently. I was given prescriptions for the burn as well as an antibiotic and told what to watch for. The doctor suggested I come back or call if things get worse. 1 hour and 13 minutes from walk in to walk out. Not bad considering it’s “respiratory infection season!” Thank you Live Urgent Care! Definitely recommend this Urgent Care!!

Called a bit ago- got ready drove over. Was in for about 20 minutes- ran a test- positive.  Am already in my  car on the way to pick up prescription for  medication.  Staff is outstanding. Puts patient at ease.  Thankful

I was able to make an appointment online very quickly and wait time in office was short. All the staff was friendly and helpful and I’d recommend this location to others.

Had a 9:30 appt and was called back at 9:50. Information taken by Lynn I’m assuming was med. asst. very pleasant. Seen by APN  Sabrina. She was FANTASTIC. I had a sore throat , cough, laryngitis , head congestion. It was my second visit as I was there the week before. She listened, was SO caring ,  compassionate knowledgeable and she treated me appropriately. Today 3 days later I’m finally on my way to feeling better, my throat doesn’t hurt and my voice is coming back. She gave me the necessary meds to get me where I am. I am SO grateful to her!!!!
