The staff was very nice & friendly, they made me feel comfortable. This was my 3rd visit, I do not live in the area, but I drive 30 minutes to get to this location b/c of the service, friendly environment, no wait service. Bridgett looks up things on her computer & provide you with a printout so you will know what the information is that you don’t understand. 😎

Quick online checking. Seemed a little chaotic on arrival as the secretary was late, but paperwork completed and into a room pretty quickly.  NP seemed uncertain about several things and there was no discussion of next steps, no shared decision making, she just went ahead with what she planned to do, but was very nice, gentle.  Rx went to the wrong pharmacy, but this was quickly resolved. Overall positive visit.

I woke up with a sore throat and Congestion. That has been going on for two days. I went to the immediate care center and they took very good care of me. The Nurse practitioner Bridgette was very informative and helpful with my care since I was diagnosed with Covid and I was 30 weeks pregnant as well. She gave me all the detail of what to do when my symptoms worsen. She was very good with explaining everything and I am glad I went to this awesome immediate care center.
