Here is a nutshell glimpse of my traumatic, life altering and nearly life ending experience with Dr. Kitten Killer and LFMC: I started going to LFMC in February 2023, due to several major health conditions. The staff has always been a major issue, despite being ok for a while. The doctors, depends on which one. Dr. Gong seemed to be a good doctor that I trusted 100% with my health and well being. I always told him everything with complete honesty, and he did help me become very healthy again, especially considering my initial state. However, he seemingly has developed a god complex or some issue, because after 19 months under his care, he betrayed me, and did not trust what I told him directly and clearly. He made a snap, drastic, not well informed decision that cost me my liberty, psychological health, traumatized my family, nearly got me killed, and resulted in the death of a sick 5 week old kitten. And everyone knows, "You Don't F+×* With Cats!" Due to Dr. Gong, I was falsely imprisoned for 6 days, drugged up against my will multiple times ( basically raped with a needle), was involved with a physical altercation that included a taser, and resulted in fractured ribs, facial contusions and lacerations. I will update soon on where to read and learn about the full story and legal actions resulting from Dr. Kitten Killer's poor decision making and blatant malpractice. Legal actions will also include Red River Behavioral, LSU/Oschner, Bossier City Police, Bossier Sheriff's Office, Shreveport Police, and the State of Louisiana. I have the platform, knowledge, and resources to make positive change from the trauma inflicted upon me, so I will use them. The results of the legal actions will establish a cat rescue foundation for critical care kittens.

The doctors here I have met have been great, except one, Dr. Randall Johnson. Luckily, I was out back with my primary doctor I trust. However, the staff/office side is always having problems. Whether it is wsit times, managing phones or calling in prescriptions. The last one has been the most pervasive problem. It used to be that the nurse in charge of that just never communicated to patients when there were issues with prescriptions or things were OTC and not actual prescription. Since she left, I thought it would get better, but it got worse. It can take a week to get a prescription refill called in and that is with badgering the staff. I had to drive up to the office last month and wsit 45 minutes to talk to a nurse at the window that took only 3 minutes to get the prescription in. Now, a month later, and back to having an issue getting my refill sent in. I am on my 4th day without my medication and may have to drive up there again this time to get it done again. This is ridiculous. If it were not for the quality of my doctor, I would go elsewhere.

11/10/2022 Complaint: This Complaint is Against Allison. My name is Angelic Bully and my Mother Christine Burks is a patient here. Early this year my Mom had a stroke and now she's a patient at this clinic. Every since my Mom been dealing with this clinic there's been a slue of medical problems such as: Allison's Nasty behaviour and the Doctor haven't written the referrals that my family have Requested plus they Never return Any phone calls. Allison is very rude, Racist, dismissive, unprofessional, dishonest, and acts without integrity. Today Tuesday 11/10/22 I called and spoke with Allison and I inquired about her referrals and her appointments and Allison told me My Mom had two upcoming appointments so I asked Allison what name, time, and date and she gave me 2 dates but one of the dates had some lady named Terresa Roach as the patient so I told the Allison that my Mom name isn't Terresa so the Nurse said it was a Mistake. I told Allison, in the medical field that's there's No room for mistakes bcuz I'm a retired Nurse myself and that is unethical and incompetent, so Allison became combative and Nasty saying "Its just a simple mistake" then Allison tried to deflect by using the victim stance claiming I was swearing at her, but I wasn't rude at all infact, Allison's tone was mean and Nasty. So, I asked Allison, who is her Boss, or Superior and Allison claimed No one is over her, which everyone knows that everyone has a person to answer to. Allison also told me that she's gonna deal with me personally but I'm not the patient. Allison is dangerous because of her Racism, disrespect, unfair, unprofessional, and unruly with her practices. Also, Allison had this clinic to escort My Father out the door simply because of his concern for My Mother. My Mom is very sick and these malpractices could be a life and death situation. I will be pursuing further administrative remedies Against Allison concerning this matters. I do Not recommend No one to visit this clinic and now I see why they only have a 2 Star rating. I have seen dr rainwater at old office, then at new office this one for 6 years. I love the staff and the drs they take very good care and help with any thing.. I will always love the these kind people. Thank you for everything
