Walked in, told the receptionist I need my daughter to be tested for the flu. There was one person in the waiting room who left about 30 minutes ago. We’ve been outside in the car for almost 1 1/2 hours now waiting to be called in. I DO NOT recommend.

I was diagnosed with a Urinary Tract infection and was told they would send my urine sample off to the lab for results with my antibiotics to see if they worked. 3 days later I called to see if my results were in. I was told no and they would call the lab and see why they hadn’t received them. 3 days later no call back. I call and I was told she would call me back within 15 minutes because they should have my results by now. Two hours later I call back and I am immediately put on hold for 10 minutes. The nurse asks me if I had spoke to my GP. I explained that I did. But before she would change my antibiotic she wanted to see my results which I had still not received 7 days later. I was told again for the third time they would call the lab and call me back. 5 hours later and no call back. I will never return to this establishment. This kind of customer service is horrible!! I would leave zero stars if allowed.

I had to take a pre-employment drug screen. The nurse was very professional and nice. I would definitely refer people to them. Also the unit that I seen and the waiting room was very clean and organized.
