Please don’t go here. It is a joke. Not educated enough to run a clinic. Thinks always someone is here for another reason besides help. If you have COVID please don’t go here they will not help!

Carencro urgent care-i called this office in July 10, 2020 to unquire about the Rapid Testing for Covid 19 and was told to come in on July 11, 2020 and I would be provided with the rapid test. I travel 40 minutes, arrive at 6:45, sut in car until open, stand in line outside with possibly positive covid 19 people, get inside to the check in window, inly to be told about criteria for the rapid test. I was told rapid being kept for medical field workers. No problem with that but why did I have to come in and look at the registration clerk to be told this. I should have been told this on July 10. I and others are being put in a situation of contracting the virus just to be told about your criteria. Pplease let people know this, We all want to be safe

This place is a joke. Do not waste your time are money there. My13 year old daughter was burning when she urinated and also her back sides and stomach was hurting her pretty bad. When we saw the physician she did urine test and said she’s was fine. Prescribed pain pills for her and sent us home. Last night my daughter got worse including pain and nausea. Went to her doctor today and she has a urinary tract infection and kidney infections. He gave her a shot and meds to help her. Unreal that Lourdes will be able to bill my insurance company and did not do a thing . I will never go there AGAIN!

Made a online appointment filled out all paperwork prior to arriving. When I get there I was told they could not find online appointment. Even though I had the confirmation email with appointment was put on list as walk in with 1 hour + wait. What is the point of making appointment.. Never again

Booked online for 10:20am and its almost 11am and still waiting while 2 ppl who arrived after us have already went back. Why book online when walkins are seen faster!

The waiting area was FILTHY. There was torn up tissue and magazines/newspapers strewn about the entire room. I mentioned it to the receptionist who said she would come around to clean up (but never did). The actual visit was fine until the nurse came back in at the end to give me the prescription and follow-up information. I asked her to wait a sec as I was in the middle of calling my husband to ask him to meet me before the pharmacy closed. The nurse did not even attempt to hide her annoyance. (She waited all of 30 seconds.)

Estimated wait time was 45minutes and we sat in lobby for 3 hours with my son running 103 fever and come to find out my son has the FLU

Was taken to the back within 10 min and seen very fast . Doctors and NP are always friendly ..staff is always super nice

I had scheduled an appointment and I was seen at the time schedule. Dr. Mary was very through and helpful. I’m starting to feel better after the second day.

Receptionist was pleasant and quick. Wait time was more than adequate. However everyone else from nurse to physician were very matter of fact with less than desirrable bed side manner. Doctor spent 3 mins or less in room and nothing was clearly explained without lots Of probing.
