Worst experience from an urgent care. Brought in my toddler for care and after 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby with one other person we were finally seen by a rude nurse who clearly didn't have any patience to care for a toddler. Once she left the room and said the doctor would be in shortly we waited another 30 minutes before we decided to leave. Everyone was on their phones and didn't even question us as we left.

Ran by thieves. When covid first started they advertised free covid tests on small, campaign signs outside the building, I went in for a test and when I asked to make sure it was free, I was told yes, that the state would cover those without insurance. Later, I was sent a bill for $205 dollars, I called them to clear it and was told that a mistake had been made and they would look into it. A few months later I received a call from a collection agency telling me that I still owed $205 dollars, so I called urgent care again and they again informed me that their had been a mistake and that it was now cleared. I have just now received another call from the collection agency and they have still not cleared the charge. Never let a good crisis go to waste, I suppose.

I visited Low Country Urgent Care after a rash developed on my forehead. I received prompt attention and was prescribed medication that solved the problem. My experience was top notch, from a reasonably quick visit, easy payment and then a trip to the pharmacy. Problem solved! Thanks Low Country Urgent Care.

Terrible. Still dealing with billing issues 9 MONTHS LATER, due to their lack of basic competence. Don't go here, even if you are sick
