The lady that came out to do my test was supper nice and I have a nose piercing and she tried her best to avoid it ☺️ ... when I went to the hospital to get it done a while back they made my nose bleed bc of my piercings so thank you 🙏❤️

It’s so funny that if I was 10 minutes late they probably would’ve told me I miss my appointment but it’s OK to have me sitting in the parking lot for 10 minutes before someone come out to test me.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am, I arrived on time. Actually, early but I waited until 10:40am to phone in to see how much longer I would have to wait. The receptionist was not friendly nor nice. The African American gentlemen that did the testing was very nice and professional. However, they didn’t get too me until 10:47 and I was the only one waiting. I would suggest that they be more timely considering people are already nervous about the testing.
