My son started having the same symptoms as my other son who was previously diagnosed with the flu. The provider looked at him and could easily tell he had the same. She was very through and had a good understanding for what was going on.

Quick, efficient, easy to communicate, listened to me, no wait time. Doctor actually met with me before my scheduled time. I’d definitely recommend for telehealth visit!

Waited over an hour any no one responded to appointment.  I have the time stamped screen shots for proof this happened today. Highly disappointed in this company.

Doctor is fantastic. Front staff is not. Not friendly and not helpful. I felt as if I was putting them out.

Appointment scheduled, easy. Doctor clicked in about 7 minutes late. No biggie. Couldn't see him on the screen, again, no biggie. The appointment was short, but efficient. However, the medication was NEVER called in for my child. And there is no way to contact and followup outside of business hours... which was the entire reason we were utilizing an urgent care service as it's Saturday. Do not recommend and will be reporting to our insurance.
