My wife and I were able to get an appointment easily. The check in was simple & the staff was great! The Dr saw us right away & she diagnosed us & got our prescriptions in right away. We highly recommend them!

Needed primary dr. For med refills due to moving from Ga. We saw Gabriel in June and so impressed. Sad she can't be our primary dr. Has always helped with our problems. Her and spouse are awesome.

Great in everything. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.  Staff,  service and cleanliness couldn’t be any better.

Started experiencing congestion over the weekend. Made an appointment online Sunday for Monday morning. Check in was quick and easy and was almost immediately taken to an exam room for vital information. Then things went bad, waited for over an hour and finally stuck my head out of room to inquire what was going on. Was told I was next and soon after a provider came in all apologies admitted a mistake had taken place and she took complete responsibility. That got my respect and the rest of the visit was seamless. My diagnosis and treatment was more than satisfactory and I would recommend this facility to anyone needing urgent care.

I set up an appointment to get refills for blood pressure medicine and become a new patient with a PCP at Magnolia Family Urgent Care, which was being advertised on signs throughout the facility. I mentioned that I wanted to be a PCP patient several times to 3 people; a receptionist, nurse and doctor. The nurse said I would need blood work as Im a new patient, which I acknowledged and was ready for. The doctor didn't seem to acknowledge my request and then told me to look for a PCP in the area for my issues at the end of my visit. Everyone was friendly and the facility is nice, but the issue i came for was completely unaddressed.

Can't say enough about the whole entire staff everyone is so caring very thorough and explain everything well to you

The staff was friendly, especially the receptionist and nurse. I didn’t feel like the doctor was very knowledgeable and decisive about my treatment possibilities. I asked about taking over the counter medication with what she prescribed me and she immediately told me to ask the pharmacist. The doctor just made it seem like my treatment plan was mine to decide and she would just go with whatever I told her, but I’m not a doctor. I will not be visiting this urgent care in the future.
