Overall, a seamless visit from start to finish. I loved being able to make an appointment from the Solv app. I was able to have patient paperwork done and submitted during the process of making the appointment. That, paired with awesome staff, made me feel so much better. I was listened to, and illness/treatment was explained to us in a way we understood. We will definitely use this clinic again, should the need arise. *side note - the clinic is very “kid friendly”, but I had the best time “discovering” the coolest T Rex toy in the universe! ;)

Went in for a problem with my back and hamstrings. Met with a PA who wrote me a prescription for steroids, but for only 5 days worth. It takes longer than that for my back to heal. Once I ran out, I called back and told them it was better, but still not healed. Asked if they would give me a refill on on the steroid. I was told they couldn't do that unless I came back in. All they are wanting to do is charge my insurance again and collect another copay.
